My Journey.
Growing up, both my parents were entrepreneurs, instilling in me a spirit of creating my own opportunities. At the age of 16, my journey as an entrepreneur took off when I started my own solo woman-led digital marketing & design agency, focused on helping businesses transition to the digital realm and scale their operations.
This early entrepreneurial success, along with other ventures, lead to my recognition by the Allan Gray Orbis Foundation. As a fellow, I am incredibly grateful to have been given the privilege of studying further at university, along with unwavering entrepreneurship and personal development support, valuable coaching and mentorship.
This opportunity allowed me to dive further in areas that I am deeply passionate about: entrepreneurship, human-well being, and the environment. I earned my undergraduate degree in BA Humanities, majoring in Psychology and Philosophy at Stellenbosch University. Driven by a commitment to sustainability, I then went on to study a PGDip in Sustainable Development through the Centre for Sustainability Transitions (CST).
Throughout my academic and entrepreneurship journey, I have developed a passion for helping young, high-impact entrepreneurs reach new heights in their journey. I believe that entrepreneurship has the power to shape the world into a thriving ecosystem of opportunity and innovation. And that’s why I am committed to equipping early-stage startups with the digital communication tools they need for success.
